Villa Loghino is built at the feet of a woody hill, on the right bank of Era river, in a zone full of excursion paths that are between forests, rivers and gully, in the heart of a suggestive tuscan landscape.

On the first floor there are three double rooms, all with ensuite bathroom and indipendent entrance. On the ground floor there's the breakfast room. Close to the owner house, where a little court characterised by an ancient fish pond which feeds a natural spring, there is a depandance whose restauration has been completed in April 2003. In this building there are three apartments, each with its own entrance; each apartment has its own heating. The apartment Il Frutteto is a two-roomed flat composed by: dining room/kitchen double bedroom bathroom well-equipped for handicapped people; Il Noce is a two roomed apartment composed by: dining room/kitchen triple bedroom bathroom; La Fonte is a three-roomed flat composed by: dining room/kitchen two double bedrooms two baths. Breakfast is included only on the price of the rooms, as well as bathroom and bedroom linen (these last are included for the apartments prices too).

Villa Loghino is at 5 km from the historical town Volterra, its position permits to the guests to get easily the sea (40Km) and the main principal towns such as Siena (50Km), S.Gimignano (20Km), Florence (90Km) and Pisa (60Km).
